Flipkart’s Big Billion Days, arguably the most anticipated of the three major sales, launches tonight 2nd Oct at midnight and will run through 6th Oct. Snapdeal’s Unbox Diwali sale follows in Flipkart’s footsteps and is also from 2nd Oct to 6th Oct. Amazon started a day early and is already running its Great Indian Festival from 1st Oct to 5th Oct.
However, to play the game, you must know the rules. Here are 7 ways to help you make the best of the festive season sale.
1 – Additional Discounts & Cashback on Credit & Debit Cards
You can get massive savings by using the right debit or credit cards.
Flipkart is giving an additional 10% discount to SBI debit and credit card holders. Maximum discount is Rs. 5,250 over the full 5 day festival, however you can only save a maximum of Rs. 1,750 each day.
Amazon is giving 15% cashback on Amazon app and 10% on its website to HDFC debit and credit card holders. Maximum cashback is Rs 1,500 but you must transact for at least Rs. 6,000.
Snapdeal, meanwhile, is offering a 20% discount for Citi cardholders (debit or credit) that is capped at Rs. 2000 with a minimum purchase of Rs. 1,000.
2 – Earn Online Rewards For Flipkart & Snapdeal Purchases:
